Polycarbonate chamber boards are made of polycarbonate material with a forced barrier protecting against UV radiation.

Available colours: colourless, milky, smoked, turquoise, green, blue.

thickness - 4,6,8,10,16,20,25 mm

Boards have a wide range of applications:

• skylights and canopies of industrial halls and warehouses
• roofs, walls of sports halls
• canopies of market squares and car parks
• greenhouses and winter gardens
• canopies of conservatories, verandas, vestibules

Advantages of polycarbonate boards:

• superior lightness - from1000 g/m2 to 2800g/m2 depending on thickness (which saves load-bearing structure)
• insulation - u/W coefficient from 3.9 to 1.5 with thickness of 25 mm
• light transmittance; in case of colourless boards from 80% to 70% depending on thickness
• impact resistance 250 times greater than ordinary glass
• cold forming, retaining the minimum bending radius
• ease of cutting and installation with the use of special profiles
• permissible application in the temperature range between minus 500C and plus 1150 C
• acoustic performance

Polycarbonate boards - solid

Made of polycarbonate with a single - or double-sided UV barrier. They are characterised by very high impact resistance and superb transparency up to (90%). Available in the following colours: clear, milky and brown tinted.

thickness 2,3,4,5,6,8,10 and 12mm.

Thanks to the protective UV filters and exceptional impact resistance, these boards can be successfully used as glazing of exterior building walls, protective panes and screens, shop windows, canopies. We supply scratch-resistant boards, polycarbonate laminates, ornamented boards and graphic films to special order.

Polycarbonate and PVC corrugated boards

They include filters protecting against harmful effects of UV radiation at the same time preventing board fading and loss of impact resistance. They may be corrugated or trapezium profiled. We offer transparent boards in a wide range of colours and opaque boards resembling trapezium coated sheet, also in many colours

width: from 0.9 to 1.14 m
length: from 1.5 to 2.5 m
thickness: 1mm

These boards find their application as lightweight roofing, skylights, partitions etc. They can be used in gardening and small architecture; suitable for usage in temperatures between -40 and + 80 0C. We also offer boards with increased hailstone resistance.

They are ITB certified boards with confirmed fitness for construction applications; they posses hygienic evaluation of the National Institute of Hygiene (PZH) and fire rating classifying them as fire-retardant. The transparent boards come with the 10-year manufacturer warranty against any changes in light transmittance.

PVC foam boards

Made of hard PVC foam; closed homogenous chamber structure; impact and scratch resistance, superb lightness and small water absorption; ideal for external use. PVC foam is perfect material for any kind of hoardings, shop windows or informational signs. It surface can be printed with anything from photo reproductions, vinyl graphics to screen print. They are very easy to process and non-flammable.

Available in 7 basic colours: white, yellow, red, green, blue, grey and black
